The only caveat is that it states for best results to hand wash and to use top rack if washed in dishwasher. I purchased two more sets to give as gifts to people who have admired my set. The delivery of the product was prompt and I received exactly what I was expecting. I have owned this product for quite some time. They are a great conversation piece but even more so great for mixing and serving salads. I would not recommend using a dishwasher at all, it causes the lucite to form hairline cracks.

Last thing. they arrived in a good condition as described, in a secured package. In my opinion, they are not for an elegant table setting (a bit overwhelming). I usually hand-wash them and I found it easy so far. really big and transparent. My first impression was these salad hands have a very unique looking. They work good, grabbing lots of stuff at once. but I like to use them for casual settings and preparations.
